X6200 Firmware Upgrade v1.0.1

This is the first upgrade of the Xiegu X6200 firmware with lots of new features, optimisations and a few bug fixes. For a full list of improvements, see the read-me-1st.txt file in the archive.

NOTICE: A faulty firmware file was circulated about a week before this release (it was never published by Xiegu.eu), this is the correct version published by Xiegu.
