We collect only the information we need to fullfil your order and to comply government requirements.

Data collected includes name, address, e-mail address, phone number, IP address and order information.

All payments are made through external payment gateways and we only save a reference code referring to the payment.

Cookies

How long will we have your information?

Orders – Information is saved in the webshop as long as your account is active. Information in the accounting system is stored in accordance with the Accounting Act for 7 years. Information for radio equipment tracking according to RED (Radio Equipment Directive) is saved for 10 years.

Abandoned Orders – If you abandoned a order or something went wrong during your order process (lost internet connection) and you provided a e-mail adress in the checkout page, we will follow up with an e-mail so you can continue the order.

Registered account – Registered accounts in the webshop are deleted when they have been inactive for 36 months. In order for the account to be viewed as active, you must have logged in to it, it is not enough to visit the webshop only.

Newsletter & Emails

Newsletter – Your name and email address will be saved until you decide to unsubscribe.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.
